No. Our hosting, along with everyone else worth their salt, is really about the same. Most SLAs guarantee 99.9% uptime for their clients, but they build in “allowed downtime.” Allowed downtime includes the very things that cause a website to go down: scheduled system maintenance, network outages, hardware failures, and software issues. After these items, there is really not much else that can cause downtime. We are running on a secure server, with redundant back-up systems, in a controlled hosting environment that is constantly monitored for hardware and software issues. Our SLA is this: we'll do our best to keep everything running smoothly. If something does happen, we'll get it taken care of ASAP.
